Delivery & returns
Getting your piece to you.
Every Hartbrooks piece is made and packed in our Lusaka atelier, then sent to you wherever you are. Worldwide delivery from Lusaka.
Where we send
We send pieces across Zambia and internationally. If you are outside Zambia, tell us your city and country when you order and we will confirm the courier, the cost and the time before you pay.
How long it takes
Ready-to-wear pieces that are in stock leave our atelier within a few working days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are sewn for you, so they take longer, and we agree the date with you before we begin.
Delivery time then depends on your country and the courier. We confirm the expected window with you in writing before you pay, so nothing is a surprise.
Delivery cost
Delivery is quoted per order, because it depends on where you are and the weight of the piece. We confirm the exact amount with you before payment.
Customs and import duties
Orders sent outside Zambia may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by your own customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are paid by you on arrival.
If something isn't right
If a piece arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will put it right.
Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are cut for one person, so they can't be resold and are not returnable unless the fault is ours. For ready-to-wear, talk to us first: we would rather fix the fit than lose you as a customer.
Sizing before you order
The surest way to get the fit right is to send your measurements before you order. Our size guide shows how to take them.
