1. Tell us what you want first

Message us with the piece, your size and your country. We confirm the total including delivery, and hold the piece for you while you send the money. Nothing is charged automatically, and prices never change after we have confirmed them with you.

This is a mobile money number, so any service that pays out to mobile money in Zambia reaches us.

Sending from abroad with Remitly

Remitly is how many of our customers send money home, and it works just as well for paying us:

• Open Remitly and choose Zambia as the destination.
• Choose Mobile Money as the delivery method, not bank deposit or cash pickup.
• Enter the name and number above as the recipient.
• Send the amount we confirmed. You pay in your own currency and we receive kwacha, so send enough to cover the total after Remitly's conversion.

WorldRemit, Mukuru, Western Union and similar services work the same way, as long as you choose mobile money to Zambia.

Paying inside Zambia

Send mobile money to the same number from Airtel Money, MTN MoMo or Zamtel Kwacha, and put your name as the reference.

3. Tell us it's sent

Transfers don't always carry a note, so send us the sender's full name, the amount and the date, or a screenshot of the receipt. We match it against what arrives, confirm your order, and tell you when it ships. That usually happens the same day.

Is this safe?

You are sending to a named Hartbrooks mobile money account through a regulated service, and we confirm receipt in writing before anything is made or sent. If a payment goes astray, your sending service can trace it with the reference on your receipt. Keep it until your piece arrives.
