Can I order from outside Zambia?
Yes. Worldwide delivery from Lusaka. Tell us your city and country and we confirm the courier, the cost and the timing before you pay. See delivery & returns.
How do I check where my order is?
Every order gets its own page, and the link works without an account. If you've lost it, go to check your order and enter your reference and the email you ordered with.
How do I pay?
By mobile money inside Zambia, or from abroad with Remitly and similar services, which pay into the same number. We confirm your total including delivery first, so nothing is a surprise. See how to pay.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are in Zambian kwacha (K). Where we can, we show an approximate figure in US dollars beside it so you can judge the price at a glance. The exact amount in your own currency depends on the rate on the day.
How do I know what size to order?
Our numbers are UK dress sizes, and our size guide shows how to measure. Send us your measurements and we will confirm your size before anything is made.
How long will my piece take?
Ready-to-wear pieces in stock leave the atelier within a few working days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are sewn for you, so we agree the date with you before starting.
Can you make something that isn't in the shop?
That is what bespoke is for. Tell us the occasion, the silhouette and your timing, and we will guide you from first idea to final fitting.
How do I care for African print?
Wash cold, by hand or on a gentle cycle, and dry in the shade so the colours stay deep. Each piece lists its own care on its page.
